Everything you need to know to get the most out of YourPass
Getting Started
Creating an Account
- Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox
- Complete your profile by adding a phone number (optional but recommended)
- Choose a fun avatar to personalize your account
Tip: Use a valid email address and phone number to receive important event updates and ticket information.
Finding Events
Search & Browse
- Search Bar: Use the search bar in the header to find events by name, artist, or venue
- Location Filter: Select your location (Dubai or Istanbul) to see relevant events
- Categories: Browse events by category - Music, Sports, Theater, Art, Family, and more
- Archive Page: View all available events in one comprehensive list
Event Details
Click any event to see:
- Date, time, and venue information
- Event description and lineup
- Ticket types and pricing
- Seating maps (when available)
- Age restrictions and entry requirements
Purchasing Tickets
Step-by-Step Process
- Select the event you want to attend
- Click "Get Your Pass" button
- Choose your ticket type (Regular, VIP, Premium, etc.)
- Select the number of tickets you need
- Review your order summary including fees and taxes
- Proceed to checkout and enter payment details
- Receive confirmation email with your tickets
Payment Options
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Local payment methods depending on location
Tip: Book early to get the best prices and availability. Popular events sell out fast!
Managing Your Tickets
Accessing Your Tickets
- Go to Dashboard → My Tickets to view all your tickets
- Tickets are organized into "Available" and "Past Events"
- Click any ticket to see full details and QR code
- Tickets are also sent to your email after purchase
Using Your Tickets
- Present the QR code at the venue entrance
- Keep your phone charged or print a backup copy
- Do not share screenshots - each QR code is unique
- Arrive early to allow time for entry and security checks
Important: Do not share your ticket QR code on social media or with untrusted sources. Each code can only be scanned once.

- My Tickets: View and manage all your purchased tickets
- Transactions: See your complete purchase history
- Artists: View artists you follow and their upcoming events
- Settings: Update your profile, password, and preferences
Profile Customization
- Choose from 37 animated 3D emoji avatars
- Update your phone number and verify it for SMS notifications
- Change your password for security
- Manage email and notification preferences

How to Follow
- Go to the Artists page from the main menu
- Browse or search for your favorite artists
- Click the "Follow" button on their profile
- View all followed artists in Dashboard → Artists
Notifications
Notification Types
- Event Updates: Changes to event details, times, or venues
- System: Platform updates, maintenance, and important announcements
- Tickets: Purchase confirmations, ticket delivery, and reminders
- Promotions: Special offers, discounts, and early access opportunities
Managing Notifications
- Click the bell icon in the header to view notifications
- Filter by notification type for easier browsing
- Mark notifications as read or clear them individually
- Adjust notification preferences in your dashboard settings
Location & Currency
Selecting Your Location
- Use the location selector in the header to choose your city
- Currently available: Dubai and Istanbul
- Events shown are filtered based on your selected location
- Your preference is saved for future visits
Currency Selection
- Choose your preferred currency from the header dropdown
- All prices will be displayed in your selected currency
- Exchange rates are updated regularly
- Currency selection helps you understand local pricing
Dark & Light Mode
- YourPass supports both dark and light themes
- Click the theme toggle in the header to switch modes
- Default theme is Dark Mode for comfortable viewing
- Your theme preference is saved automatically
- Dark mode reduces eye strain in low-light conditions
Common Issues & Solutions
Can't Find My Tickets
- Check Dashboard → My Tickets tab
- Look in your email for the confirmation
- Verify you're logged into the correct account
- Contact support if tickets are still missing
Payment Declined
- Verify card details are entered correctly
- Ensure sufficient funds are available
- Check if your card supports international transactions
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
QR Code Not Scanning
- Increase screen brightness to maximum
- Clean your phone screen
- Show the QR code directly from the app, not a screenshot
- Have a backup option ready (print or secondary device)
