Agreement to Terms
Welcome to YourPass. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use YourPass.
Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use YourPass
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must not use another user's account without permission
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account
Ticket Purchase and Use
Purchase Terms
- All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
- Prices are subject to change without notice until purchase is complete
- Service fees and taxes may apply to ticket purchases
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods
Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and venue specified
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Duplicate, counterfeit, or altered tickets are void
- QR codes must be presented at entry for ticket validation
- Screenshots or copies of tickets may not be accepted
Refunds and Cancellations
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund including service fees within 7-14 business days.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds are issued only if the new date doesn't work for you and you request within 14 days of the announcement.
Customer Cancellation
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased. Exceptions may be made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell tickets at prices higher than face value (scalping) where prohibited
- Use automated systems or bots to purchase tickets
- Create multiple accounts to bypass purchase limits
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Collect user data without permission
- Use the platform to distribute spam or advertising
Intellectual Property
The YourPass platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by YourPass and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- The YourPass name, logo, and trademarks are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Event images and descriptions are property of event organizers
- Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any content
- User-generated content remains your property but you grant us license to use it
Event Entry and Conduct
- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees
- You must comply with venue rules and event organizer policies
- Security checks may be conducted at entry
- Prohibited items as determined by the venue must not be brought
- Photography, recording, or streaming may be restricted
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
- Age restrictions and ID verification may apply
- Late arrival may result in restricted or denied entry
Limitation of Liability
YourPass acts as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform
- Actions or omissions of event organizers or other attendees
- Personal injury, property damage, or losses at events
- Changes to event details, performers, or schedules
- Venue conditions, accessibility, or facilities
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Technical issues that prevent access to the platform
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with YourPass, you agree to first contact our support team to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue through our support channels:
- Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
- You agree to binding arbitration for dispute resolution
- Arbitration shall take place in Dubai, UAE
- Class action lawsuits are not permitted
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of YourPass after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to YourPass immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
- Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use YourPass ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
